“My  husband and I had purchased a new home without selling our current house. At the time the market was on fire and most houses were selling within 30- 60 days.  We thought for sure our house would sell FAST! Six months later our house was still on the market. We had many people offering opinions on changes we had to make but nothing seemed to help.  My friend had worked with a design firm and suggested I call them for a consult. When I hear the word “designer” I wasn’t sure that this would apply to my current situation.  I met with team EOS and within a few hours we had identified the “issue” that was keeping our house from selling.  They took the emotion out of it and explained which houses in area were selling and why. As most know, selling your house that your kids grew up in can be emotional and for us it was emotional and very personal. It turned out that our Kitchen and living room didn’t compare to our competition.   My husband who’s very handy took their advice ( what did we have to loose at this point) sanded and painted our cabinet doors, replaced the hardware with materials they suggested, replaced our countertops with something more “modern” at their suggestion ( they gave us three options) installed additional lighting in the kitchen and living room, again they picked it out… and removed the NEW carpet we had just installed and replaced it with new flooring that we extended into the kitchen. I wasn’t sure about the changes or the additional expenses but after he was done, It looked like a completely different house. The house went back on the market and within 3 weeks we had two full ask offers on it!  It paid off!! If you’re stuck and you need to sale talk to them, it works!
